 I have found success in my career by turning passions into service. I recently started serving as a commercial real estate broker, but  I'm no stranger to Real Estate itself. For many years I have been a private real estate investor owning multiple residential income properties in four different states including here in Washington, and in 2013 purchased commercial property for our business operation, which I still manage today. This is not my first time turning interests into careers as I am best known around here in Clark County as the founder of Camas Bike and Sport, which I operated for 10+ years until July 2019 when we sold the business operation. Being a local small business owner, I have gained a great understanding and appreciation for my community and fellow business owners and investors. My number one goal was and always will be to understand and meet all my customer's needs above all things. I was privileged to sell dreams of a lifestyle through cycling, and now my mission is to guide clients in their real estate investment needs. I have joined a great organization in eXp Commercial that arms me with the resources and technology to help you navigate the ever-changing commercial real estate landscape. Furthermore, I'm teamed up with Allen Stockbridge, a 37 year veteran in the CRE industry and CCIM expert, This high level of support provides me with the level of skills, ethics, and standards I practiced as a  successful bike shop owner. A supplementary service I provide is serving as an EV Charging Station Sales Specialist, helping identify locations for additional income streams for property owners and value add for tenants/customers/employees, with the supplemental mission of building up EV  Charging infrastructure. As a Commercial Broker,  I will strive to help meet your Real Estate investment objectives!
