Terry Wirth is Senior Vice President of Colliers International`s Eastside office located in Bellevue, Washington. Since 1975, Mr. Wirth has been involved in most aspects of the real estate business, including office leasing and sales, investment brokerage, general construction and multi-family development. For the last 27 years, he has concentrated his efforts in building the office and investment division on the Eastside for Colliers. Mr. Wirth’s success at Colliers has been reflected in his re-occurring national and local top producer status for nearly every year since 1982. As an advocate for tenants or as an advisor for both buyers and sellers, Mr. Wirth has extensive experience in executing both sales and lease transactions representing purchasers and sellers throughout the United States.
