I am Bonnie Lindberg, Managing Broker, with Hallmark Realty. As a Real Estate Professional, I specializing in Commercial Real Estate, Properties, and opportunities in the Seattle Metro Area.  I started in Real Estate in 1972 with experience in New Construction, Commercial Investment Properties and Land Sales.  In 1979, I managed the New Construction Dept for Wallace and Wheeler, where we found the building site and figured out the mix and presold the condo units. We had 15 agents working for our sale department.  

I also have experience as a custom home builder for 11 years, starting in 1982, building 24 to 48 homes per year.  As a custom builder, I did all the purchasing, biding, Architectual designing and at times ran the crews.   This has given me a strong understanding, when working with my clients, to evaluate building issues.   

I value the importance of listening, understanding others needs, solving problems and negotiating acquisitions to an equitable outcome.  Research is also important, either to find a particular parcel or finding information that will support the sale or purchase.  Over the years, I have generated a list of Brokers and Investors who call me regularly about their investment needs.  If you have any property needs we may be able to match your needs with a "Seller Seeking Buyers". At present I represent several different kinds Investment Buyers and Land Developers, with interest in properties be up to $12M.  I do a large amount of Leasing on the Eastside and have over twenty five tenants in Kirkland Downtown.
