Robert Regan

Founder/Broker

Robert Regan has nearly three decades of experience in commercial real estate finance, brokerage and management. A graduate of the University of Washington, Robert is also a licensed real estate broker. Prior to founding Catalyst Commercial Partners, Mr. Regan was Broker/Owner of Windermere Commercial/Metro and the Director of Commercial Real Estate for all of Windermere Real Estate throughout the Western United States. Robert started his career working for The Meyers Group, a land acquisition and syndication firm which at the time was the largest in the country. Later he was recruited to PCI, a Seattle based multi family real estate acquisition and syndication company that sponsored public and private investment partnerships. Mr. Regan was Vice President of PCI and President of its property management affiliate where he was responsible for their portfolio of 26 multifamily properties. Eight years after joining PCI Robert formed his own commercial real estate brokerage and management company that he merged with Windermere. During his nearly fifteen year tenure at Windermere, Mr. Regan has assisted Windermere’s service company in developing Windermere’s institutional presence in the commercial real estate industry.
