I have been a Realtor since 1978 and a licensed Broker since 1981. All of that time located in Lynden, Washington and serving Bellingham as well as the smaller cities of Whatcom County. Because of our counties size, it is difficult to specialize in one area of real estate. However, I have considerable experience in commercial and multi-family investment properties. It is because of the small town experience I am willing to work with first time investors buying single family properties, as well as those experienced in large multiple-unit, manufacturing and commercial investments.
