Jeff has been in commercial real estate since 1994, specializing in industrial sales and leasing. During this time, Jeff has gained a wide range of real estate experience in coordinating complicated tenant relocations, buying and selling properties, and coordinating build-to-suit projects. Since 1996, Jeff has successfuly completed over 700 transactions totaling more than 23 million square feet and representing over $700 million in transaction value. In 2005, Jeff was nominated as one of three finalists for the SIOR Industrial Broker of the Year for the State of Washington. This is widely regarded as the highest professional recognitiion possible for a commercial real estate broker.
