John Hillier has been with Goodale & Barbieri Company since 2005 and serves as a Commercial and Leasing Manager. John is responsible for the day to day management and leasing of a 1,279,124 square foot portfolio of commercial retail and mixed use properties in the Greater Spokane area and the Inland Northwest including the Kalispell Center Mall in Kalispell, Montana. John has negotiated and leased over 1,000,000 square feet of inline retail space. He has also leased and participated in the lease negotiating efforts for large anchor space being taken by National and Regional tenants. John has acted as a construction manager and coordinator for ongoing tenant improvements and has worked on a number of ground up retail projects.
