The iconic Pacific Tower campus is perched atop Beacon Hill immediately south of Seattle’s downtown urban core. The Historic Quarters anchor the south portion of the campus –separate buildings totaling 31,720 RSF. The Quarters were originally constructed as housing and have since been converted to administrative offices.
