1200 Stewart is a new, mixed-use 1.3 million square foot ground-up development located at the intersection of Denny and Stewart Street in the heart of downtown Seattle. The site is across from REI’s flagship Seattle store and has amazing freeway access, visibility and signage opportunities. The site will consist of two high-rise luxury apartment buildings with 1,050 residential units with close to 100,000 square feet of retail surrounding a beautiful three-story central atrium and public gallery space. The Galleria connecting the two towers will be transformed by a Boeing 747 suspended in the center. Trader Joe’s will anchor the street level of the Galleria and Live Nation will anchor the upper floors.
