Brandon Lunsford

Membership Services Specialist  

  

As Member Services Specialist, Brandon will help current and potential members with applications, inquiries, concerns, and requests.   

  

Brandon is originally from McMinnville, Oregon, and graduated from Portland State University in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science in Sociology and Business Administration. He moved to Washington from Oregon in January of 2020 and has been making the best of it! Taylor Nephew

Association & Member Services Coordinator  

  

As Association & Member Services Coordinator, Taylor will provide administrative support for CBA’s education, membership, and association management services.   

  

Before joining CBA, Taylor worked in the human services field supporting immigrant and refugee communities. She is excited to help CBA members and learn more about the commercial real estate industry in her new role. A Seattle native, Taylor went to college in Minnesota, where she studied Anthropology and Spanish at Macalester College. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, trying new restaurants, and practicing yoga in her free time.

Adrianne Duncan

Senior Association & Events Manager  

  

Adrianne has been with CBA since 2016. In continuing her role in association management, Adrianne will also oversee the Western Washington chapter of the Institute for Real Estate Management, assisting with daily operations, developing vision and strategic plan, and executing tasks, programs and events. 

  

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Megan Reuther

Legal Library & CBAcma Senior Manager  

  

Megan has been with CBA since 2000. In her new role, she’ll focus on easing the transaction process in Legal Library PRO and composing robust comparable reports for CBAcma. Member Experience Project Manager

Member Experience & Training Lead  

  

Kaylynn has been with CBA since 2018. In her new role, she’ll provide our members with a variety of website training options to make their user experience more accessible than ever. Hannah Duncan

Lead Research Specialist  

  

Hannah has been with CBA since 2018. In her new role, she’ll focus on ensuring the accuracy of our current property and listing data as well as researching new construction projects to increase the information available to our members.
