Important Update to CBA Member Dues

An update to CBA’s membership dues and office/branch fees went into effect on January 1, 2023. All responsible billing members received a physical letter as well as an email outlining information about the change on October 10th, 2022.
PLEASE NOTE: This increase does NOT apply to our Boise, Idaho members.
Over the past five years, we have partnered with leading technology providers and invested heavily to provide you with new and improved essential tools to conduct your business, including a new property search platform, upgraded and updated Legal Library PRO forms, and a new online continuing education platform and classes.
Raising dues is always a last resort for CBA’s Board of Directors and our management team, and we realize the timing of this increase comes at an uncertain time for the industry due to the current phase of the market cycle. However, it is necessary to help pay for investments and licensing in our technology platform, and to continue to offer our members improved tools and high-quality service at a low and reasonable price.
Additionally, our organization, like most businesses in our region, faces increasing inflationary cost pressures related to data, technology platforms, salaries, benefits, and rents.
