We will also discuss how to structure practical construction provisions that permit the tenant to build out its space and yet also protect the landlord. Learn the current economics of leases - base rent, adjustments, and the prevailing wisdom on the fair allocation of operating expenses. How should ‘tenant defaults’ be defined, and how can landlords fully recover all their damages when tenants default?
