Topic - 2019 Marijuana Law Update for Real Estate Professionals 

New legislation enacted this year includes broader legalization of hemp and CBD and lessening of restrictions on royalty and licensing agreements. Further restrictions on title insurance, however, threaten to derail the ability to purchase and sell property used by cannabis businesses. These topics and more will be discussed with Q&A.
